Heat-Sheet offers multiple benefits, including energy conservation, cost reduction, and labor savings. It acts as a highly efficient thermal barrier between heated slabs and the ground, ensuring rapid and precise room temperature responses controlled by temperature controllers. By using Heat-Sheet, you may also reduce the size and cost of system hardware.

Installation is expedited and project costs are minimized since traditional wire mesh methods for tube placement are replaced by simply “stepping” tubes into Heat-Sheet panels, eliminating strenuous labor and the need to purchase and install wire mesh. Available in 2′ x 4′ panels with various thicknesses to accommodate ½” and 5/8″ I.D. tubing, Heat-Sheet offers R-Values ranging from R4 to R16.1.

With a compressive resistance of 25 PSI, Heat-Sheet is 50% stronger than similar products, ensuring durability in challenging job-site conditions without breaking, cracking, or chipping. For commercial applications, Heat-Sheet Heavy supports 3/4” I.D. tubing, and options with higher compressive strengths (40 & 60 psi) are also available upon request.
